Enhance teaching effectiveness by leveraging formative assessment data and Moodle analytics to inform instructional decisions. This includes using data-driven insights to tailor lessons, improve student engagement, and refine assessment strategies to better support learning outcomes.

Actively engage in the global IB and education community by participating in WASC, IB, and other professional networks to enhance pedagogical knowledge and contribute to best practices beyond ISNS.

Goal 1 - Develop Myself as an IBEN Educator by Taking on a New Role.
This year, I am committed to enhancing my role within the International Baccalaureate Educator Network (IBEN) by training to become an IB workshop leader. This role will not only deepen my understanding of IB philosophies but also allow me to directly influence and shape the professional development of fellow educators.

This year, my objective is to enrich my teaching methodology by integrating AI technologies into inquiry-based lessons. By doing so, I aim to foster a more dynamic, personalized, and interactive learning environment that aligns with the IB philosophy of encouraging students to be active, engaged, and reflective learners.

Goal 1 - Inquiry-Based Lessons
This year, I am interested in making my lessons more inquiry-based. Inquiry-based lessons would be more in line with the IB teaching and learning philosophy.
Goal 2 - Apply to the International High School Teacher Program by CERN
I found out about this program in 2018 at an IB workshop. It would be a chance for me to look at real-world experiments in particle physics. Particle physics is one area that students at ISNS find challenging.

Goal 2 - Pursue an EdD
I have recently completed my Master's of Advanced Teaching at the University of the People with a 4.0 GPA. I am now looking at several universities to take the next step in my academic journey.
